Also, rescinding construction of a bent straw 1' ghting system for the
Arlin ton/Western Area, adopted per C.F. No. 90 969, approved
June , 1990.
The Council of th City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor pon the above improvement, and
having considered said re ort,hereby resolves:
1. That the said r port and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, d that the estimated cost�f
and financing were include as part of File No.
18582.
2. That a public h aring be had on said improvement on the__� day of f -� ,at
nine �o'clock .m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court Hou Building in t e City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of aid public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner rovided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost reof as estimated.
