WHEREAS, the City Council adopted CouncIl File Numbered 97-1180, dated September 24, 1997,
said resolution being the Ratification of Assessments for the Page/Cherokee Residential Street Paving
Project, identified as Finance & Management File Numbered 18801; and
WHEREAS, the property known by Pazcel Identification Number 07-28-22-32-0106, located at
703 Ottawa Avenue, was assessed the amount of $2,804.00 for street paving and lighting
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Real Estate Division has discovered that the aforementioned pazcel was assessed
incorrectly for the said street paving and lighting assessment;
NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, that the assessment levied against Pazcel Numbered
07-28-22-32-0106, according to Council File Numbered 97-1180, be reducedto $2,551.64 assessed;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $25236 in street paving and lighting revenue, be
funded by Street Paving and Lighting Funds for the project.
