2. 10/2/90 RATI ICATION OF ASSESSMENTS: For improving Birmingham APPROVED 5-0
Stre t from Case Avenue to York Avenue by grading and
pavi g, constructing concrete curb and gutter,
cons ructing a sanitary sewer system with service
conn ctions and constructing a street lighting system.
Also installation of a water main and service

from the East-West alley in Block 2 of Point Douglas
