BE IT R SOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul enter into an agreement with Soo
Line Railroad ompany and the Commissioner of Transportation for the installation
and maintena ce of railroad crossing signals at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue
North (MSAS 20) with the tracks of Soo Line Railroad Company in Saint Paul,
Minnesota, an appointing the Commissioner of Transportation agent for the City to
supervise sai project and administer available Federal Funds in accordance with
Minnesota St tute, Section 161.36. The City's share of the cost shall be 10% of the
total signal co t.
BE IT F RTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
to execute sai agreement for and on behalf of the City.
