Voting In the Matter of stallation of sanitary, storm and water service connections,
Ward 'f requested by the property owner, in connection with the
� Earl/Conway Area Sewer Separation Project.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said re ort,hereby resolves:
1. That the said re ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ er conne financed by assessments. '
Sanitary, sto and water service connections are assessed at the rate in effect at
the time of i stallation.
2. That a public he ring be had on said improvement on the 30th day of October, 1990 ,at
nine XQL•�o'clock a m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court Hous�Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of aid public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner�irovided by the Charter, stating the
time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost th�reof as estimated.
