Improve the follo ing streets with a new bituminous roadway, concrete
curb and gutters , driveway aprons will be reconstructed with concrete
and new concrete utwalks . Boulevards will be regraded and sodded and
a new energy effi ient sodium vapor lighting system will be installed.
Conway treet from Earl Street to Tell Street ,
Cypress Street from E. Sixth Street to Margaret Street ,
Euclid treet from Earl Street to Frank Street ,
Euclid treet from Griffith Street to Johnson Street ,
E. Fift Street from Earl Street to Hancock Street ,
E. Four h Street from Earl Street to Hancock Street ,
Gotzian Street from E. Sixth Street to Margaret Street ,
Pacific Street from Clarence Street to Etna Street ,
E. Thir Street from Arcade Street to Johnson Parkway
Wilson venue from 200 feet east of Frank Street to
Griffith Street .
All to be known as the Earl/Conway Area Street Paving and Lighting
Pro3ect .
The Council of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said repo t,hereby resolves:
1. That the said rep rt and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 581,800. 0 , financed by 1991 Capital Improvement Bonds $287,500.00;
1991 Mu icipal State Aid $139,000, 1991 Public Improvement Aid $25,000.00;
Sewer R venue Bonds $23,700.00 and Assessments $106,600.00.
2. That a public hear ng be had on said improvement on the 30th day of October. 1990 ,at
nine �K�o'clock a.m , in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of sai public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of earing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
