For the operation o the above standard street lighting system for the
Selby Avenue Revita ization Pro�ect No. 2 , the following streets :
Both sides Se1by Av nue from Vietoria Street to Lexington Parkway; South
side of Selby Avenu to 55 feet east of Victoria Street and Both sides
Victoria Street to 5 feet north of Selby Avenue and to 55 feet south of
Selby Avenue for t e months of November and December, 1990 and January
thru December , 1991 .
The Council of t e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said r port,hereby resolves:
1. That the said eport and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 7 813. , financed by assessments. This covers 14 months.
2. That a public earing be had on said improvement on the l lth day of October, 1990 ,at
nine � o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House BuIlding in the City of Saint Paul.
� 3. That notice o said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and plac of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
