For the operatio of the above standard street lighting system for the
University/Wester /Mackubin Area, the following street :
Both sides Univer ity Avenue from Western to Mackubin for the months of
November and Dece ber , 1990 and January thru December, 1991 .
The Council of t e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said r port,hereby resolves:
1. That the said port and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 4,858.0 , financed by assessments.
2. That a public h aring be had on said improvement on the l lth day of October, 1990 ,at
nine � o'clock .m., in the CouncIl Chambers of the City Hall and Court House BuIlding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
