Voting In the Matter of i proving Marshall Avenue between Otis Avenue and Finn Street by
Ward construct ng concrete curb and gutter, a bituminous surfaced street,
4 resodding of boulevards, tree planting, construct a storm sewer system
and repai an existing combined sewer between Otis Avenue and Finn Street
and compl te all other work necessary to complete said project.
The Council of th City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said re ort,hereby resolves:
1. That the said r port and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ , financedby Minnesota Department of Transportation $429,500.00;
1990 Pub ic Improvement Aid $53,500.00; 1990 Municipal State Aid $114,000.00;
State an Federal Grants $182,000 and Sewer Service System Charge $99,000.00.
2. That a public h aring be had on said improvement on the 16th day of October, 1990 ,at
nine�o'clock .m., in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
