Voting In the Matter of installation of sanitary, storm and water service connections,
Ward if reque ted by the property owner, for improvements on Marshall Avenue
4 from Oti Avenue to Finn Street.
The Council of t e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said r port,hereby resolves:
1. That the said eport and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is� er con ectio�financedby assessments.
Sanitar , storm and water service connections assessed at the rate in
effect t the time of installation.
2. That a public earing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of October, 1990 ,at
• nine��o'clock a.m., in the CouncIl Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice o said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and plac of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
