and Training to fund he McKinney Homeless Program; and
Lti�HEREAS, the Housing nformation Office will provide case management and housing to the
Citys homeless, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, p rsuant to Section 10.07.1 of the City Charter, does certify that
there are available f r appropriat�on revenues in excess of those estimated in the
1990 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor r commends the following changes to the 1990 budget:
