WHEREAS, the Mayor has notified the City Council that a
vacancy exists in the office of fire chief effective April 1, 1991;
now, therefor , be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 12 . 12 . 1 of the Charter of
the City of aint Paul, the Council hereby desig�nates the
Finance, Mana ement and Personnel and the Neighborhood Services
• Committees to conduct joint meetings to review and establish,
subject to fu l Council app�oval, minimum qualifications for the
title of fire chief and an examining committee. �
