The operation o the abone standard street lighting system for the N.
WABASHA AREA the following streets :
North side Excha ge Street from St. Peter Street to Cedar Street ;
South side Excha ge Street from Wabasha Street north to Cedar Street ;
South side Excha ge Street from St. Peter Street to 150 feet east of
St. Peter Street for the months of January thru December 1991 .
The Council of he City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said eport,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 2 310.00 , financed by assessments.
2. That a public earing be had on said improvement on the 11 th day of October 9 1990 ,at
nine�o'cloc a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice o said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and plac of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
