For the operation of the above standard street lighting system for the
GRAND WEST AREA, he following streets :
Both sides of Grand Avenue from Snelling Avenue to about 150 feet west
of Fairview Aven e ( 167 feet north side , 144 feet south side) for the
months of January thru December 1991 .
The Council of t e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said port,hereby resolves:
1. That the said eport and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 6,815. 0 , financed by assessments.
2. That a public earing be had on said improvement on the l lth day of October. 1990 ,at
nine ��o'cloc a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice f said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and plac of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
