For the operation of the above standard street lighting system for the
GRAND—EAST 1 ARE , the following streets :
Both sides Grand Avenue from 260 feet west of Victoria to 100 feet east
of Dale Street ;
Both sides Vict ria Street from 150 feet north of Grand to 150 feet
south of Grand A enue ;
West side St. A1 ans Street from Grand Avenue to 150 feet north of Grand
Avenue ;
East side Dale treet from Grand Avenue to 150 feet north of Grand
Avenue for the m nths of January thru December 1991 .
The Council of t e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said r port,hereby resolves:
1. That the said eport and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 7 508.0 , financed by assessments.
2:.That a public h aring be had on said improvement on the l lth day of October. 1990 ,at
rrine X� o'clock .m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
- � 3. That notice of aid public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
