CLEVELAND AREA, the following streets :
North side For Parkway from Mississippi River Blvd. to 713.02 feet east of
Renneth Street ;
South side For Parkway from Mississippi River Blvd to 587 . 13 feet east of
Renneth Street ;
West side Clev land Avenue from 95.65 feet north of Scheffer Avenue to 265
feet south of F rd Parkway;
East side Cleveland Avenue from 240 feet north of Eleanor Avenue to 222 feet
south of Ford arkway for the months of January thru December
1991 .
The Council of e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said eport,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 22 2 , financed by assessments.
2. That a public earing be had on said improvement on the l lth day of October, I 99(l ,at
nine � o'cloc a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice o said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and plac of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
