The 19th Annual Jesse James Rugby Tournament will be held at t Snelling on Sept 1-2. The date I would like to hold this eve t is on Sat, Sept 1 firom 6-10 pm. The St Paul Rugby Club is repared to put a fence around the parking lot and also to suppl adequate security along the fence to keep the party within t e parking lot. These people will keep all alcohol firom leaving r entering the event. They are also going to have a police o ficer present during this time frame. Beer will be served o tside in plastic glasses and there will be no music outside he bar . There will be a total of I2 teams at this tourname t from all the surrounding states. The estimated number of peopl is in the area of 200 - 250.
