I n te in reviewing the resolution that you have provided for cert in fringe benefits, but that you have not provided for sick leave or vacation benefits for this position. The e is nothing wrong with this proposal, but I wanted to make t clear that the only way that such employees may use such sic leave or vacation is to have such benefits granted to them y resolution or ordinance.There is no other way to grant su h benefits to these employees. I thought it would be best to raise this issue at this time, so as to avoid any subseque t misunderstandings. If 't is your intent to not grant the sick leave and vacation at this time ,then the resolution is in proper form.
