WHEREAS, the Cities of Saint Paul and Duluth have participated in the United States Departrnent of Housing and
Urban Development Lead Hazard Reduction Research Project from October 1, 1994 through May 31, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has been designated as the fiscal agent for the lead hazard reduction follow-up activities by
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with the City of Duluth to reimburse Duluth's Lead Hazard Redudion Research Project follow-up expenses
from Apnl 1, 1997 through May 31, 1998.

for the Lead Hazard Reduction Research Project follow-up activities. As the fiscal agent, the City of Saint Paul reimburses
