of the renewal of the Off Sale Liquor License at 165 No. Western Ave. The Police
Department, Phil rne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the application and have agreed
that the License ivision may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council. The
License Division' recoffinendation is for approval.
