WHEREAS: The Royal Guard Junior Drum & Bugle Corps has been approved by
Council Resolution to be a member of the Saint Paul Charitable
Gambling 10� Club and
WHEREAS: the Royal Guard Junior Drum & Bugle Corps is no longer qualified
to be on the 10� Club list because of its current status as a
licensed gambling organization in the City of Saint Paul,
therefore be it
RESOLVED: that the Royal guard Junior Drum & Bugle Corps be removed from
the Sain� Paul Charitable Gambling 10� Club list.

The Royal Gu rd Junior Drum & Bugle Corps is a member of the 10� Club.
However, the Royal Guard Junior Drum & Bugle Corps has recently become
a licensed g mbling organization (pulltab sales at Christensen's Bar) and
thus is no 1 nger qualified to be on the 10� Club list.

list in comp iance with Section 409.235(c) (6) .
