RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and
approves of the reappointment, made by the Mayor, of Mary Ann Sudeith
to serve on the SAINT PAOL PORT AOTAORITY. This is a six-year term

RE: APPOINTMENTS/REAPPOINTMENTS
Port Authority &
Joint City County Health Services Advisory Committee
Attached are two resolutions appointing and reappointing the
following people to the Port Authority and the Joint City County
Health Services Advisory Committee.
PORT AUTHORITY
The Mayor has recommended that Mary Ann Sudeith be reappointed to
serve a full term on the Saint Paul Port Authority. She was
originally appointed to the Commission on August 24, 1989 to fill
the vacancy created by Jean West's resignation. Ms. Sudeith will
serve a three-year term which will expire July 31, 1993 .
JOINT CITY-COUNTY HEALTH SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Mayor has also recommended that Kent Rees and Janice Hallman
be reappointed, and Bruce Larson and Touxa Lyfoung be appointed.
Each serves as a city representative. They will serve a two-year
term which will expire June 26, 1992 .
Judy Barr no longer serves as the staff person for the committee.
Kathi Cairns now serves in this capacity.
