WHEREAS, the public purpose of this event is to enhance community policing, increase public safety,
develop on-going relationships with faith-based communities and to educate and share information
on domestic violence, the response of the Saint Paul Police Department to this problem and the
resources available for clergy and faith-based communities in Saint Paul to address domestic
violence; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department is requesting an administrative order to allow
no more than $2,500 from account 436-34057-Oxxx to cover costs of food, beverage, serving and
eating utensils and other miscellaneous expenses; and
BE IT ORDERED, that t6e proper city ofTicials are hereby authorized to pay for the above mentioned
expenses, not to exceed $2,500.
