U.S. Restaurant Corporation and Green Mill Inn, Inc. DBA Green Mill Inn requests Council
approval of the renewal of the On Sale Wine, On Sale Malt (Strong) , Off Sale Malt,
Restaurant-D and Food-1rIDPW-B License at 57 S. Hamline Avenue. The Police Department,
Phil Byrne, and Bob Kessler have reviewed the application and have agreed that the
License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council. The License Division's
recommendation is for approval.
