90-1331 � � � � I,N �� Council File � �-� 3•3� Green sheet # CJ 2� � RESOLUTION CITY OF INT PAUL, MINNESOTA � , 1 ' Presented By � Referred Committee: Date WHEREAS, on January 6, 1987, the Saint Paul City Council established a Community Festival Revolving Loan Fund and Grant Program, administered by the Division of Parks and Recreation for the purpose of assisting neighborhood festivals with expenses, starting costs and insurance coverage; and WHEREAS, on August 6, 1987, the Saint Paul City Council did pass rules to administer the grant program; and WHEREAS, the festivals and sponsoring organizations listed below meet the eligibility criteria established by the Saint Paul City Council in said rules; now therefore be it RESOLVED that the Saint Paul City Council hereby approves the attached applications for funding from the following organizations, for the following festivals on the following dates for the following amounts: Summit-University/District 8 Planning Council �2,000.00 Selby Avenue Festival , September 8, 1990 Summit Hill Association/District 16 Planning Council 1,000.00 Community Festival , September 11, 1990 and does hereby authorize the appropriated city officials to execute agreements as necessary to disburse the approved funds; a copy of said agreement to be kept on file in the Department of Finance and Management Services.
