Dear Quejas-Rison:
As we discussed on Friday, April 20th, the Union withdraws
its objection to the proposed specification of Aquatics Manager.
The Union also agrees to the proposed Grade of 3$ for this title.
I trust the Union's agreement and with no objections from
the Parks and Recreation Division, this title and grade could be
moved quickly to the City Council for adoption. The Union would
prefer that it be placed on the consent agenda for more prompt
action. The longer the process takes the longer the incumbent
works for less than appropriate wages.
Sincerely,
