Council 1/9j90, laid over in Committee 3j12j90, 6(4/90 & 7/2/90�
Laid over to October 1, 1990. Continue the layover of the original
ordinance 90-52 with amendments. Will have September meeting to discuss
procedures for accessing the CIB dollars. The Committee will review
assessment mechanism policy at a later date. The Committee recommended
drafting a new ordinance by the Skyway Governance Committee to

Please accept this as an invoice for t e S2,000.00 �ahich the Credit Union
has generously offered to donate to the ity of Saint Paul for our employee
newsletter, "LET'S TAIK".
Your contributions have made it possible for us to continue using a
three-color nameplate. This year, we've also changed to recycled paper,
which is a little bit more expensive in the short run, but will be well
worth the extra cost in the long run.
As agreed, we will devote one column of each of our six 1990 issues to
Credit Union news, which you will provide. We already included your column
in our first issue for the year; deadlines for the remaining five issues
are:
