on the Consent Agenda for Tuesday July 24th be sent to committee. Dave has
concerns about the appointing process, and has recently authored a proposed
change in how the Heritage Preservation Commission is appointed. He would
very much want to be a part of this discussion.

Attached are resolutions appointing and reappointing the following
people to the above-listed committees.
Heritage Preservation Commission
Richard S. Murphy appointed to fill the remainder of
Douglas Skor's unexpired term. Mr. Murphy serves as a representative
of the Ramsey County Historical Society. This term expires on
December 31, 1990.
Hubert H. Humnhrey Job Corp Neiqhborhood Advisory Committee
Susan-Smitli Cunnien, Ph.D. appointed to fill the vacancy created by
Robin Lindquist's resignation and she fills the remainder of .
Robin Lindquist's term. This term expires December 31, 1990.
John W. Filter appointed to fill the vacancy created by
Donald Kelsey's resignation. Mr. Filter fills the remainder of
Don Kelsey's term. This term also expires December 31, 1990.
PHA-Citv (HRA) Pension Plan Administrative Committee
The Mayor has recommended that Jim Hart, City Attorney, be reappointed
as the City Council designee. This three-year term expires July 1,
1993 .
