WHEREAS , upon the petition of the City of Saint Paul , per
Finance Department File No. 7-1990, that part of a 20�-foot sewer
easement in the SE-1/4 of Section 29, Township 29, Range 22
located 20f� feet north of the intersection of Bush and Payne
Avenue, hereinafter described , is hereby vacated and discontinued
as public property.
The vacated area is described as follows:
A 20-foot permanent sewer easement on, under, and
across those parts of the Southeast quarter of
Section 29, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County,
Minnesota , described as follows: (All distances ,
bearings and coordinates are Minnesota State
Plane, South Zone, Based on City of Saint Paul
1986 Section Corner Coordinate Values . )
Beginning at a point on the West line of
said Southeast quarter of Section 29 that is
1343 . 1P1 feet North of the South quarter
corner of said Section 29, said West line has
a bearing of N 716949 . 28 , E 2239201 . 47 ;
thence South 50 degrees 14 minutes 49. 7
seconds East, 211 . 59 feet; thence South 44
degrees 46 minutes 49.7 seconds East, 184 . 55
feet, thence South 58 degrees 57 minutes 16 . 2
seconds East, 347. 66 feet, to the actual
point of beginning of the centerline of the
