Robert Piper DBA Tulip's Restaurant requests Council approval of the renewal of the
Wine On Sale, On Sale Malt (Strong) and Restaurant-B License at 452 Selby Avenue.
The Police Department, Phii Byrne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the application and
have agreed the the License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council.
The License Division's recommendation if for approval.
