approves of the appointment, made by the Mayor, of Jose Santos, Jr. to
serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Santos fills the vacancy

of his term, which expires November 1, 1990.

RE: BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS--APPOINTMENT
Attached is the resolution appointing Jose Santos to the Board
of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Santos fills the vacancy created by
Sam Grais' resignation and fills the remainder of Mr. Grais'
term. This term will expire November 1, 1990. A copy of
Mr. Santos' application is also attached.
