WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, acting through its Valuation Engineer, has secured an agreement for the
purchase of one parcels of real property, described as follows:
Parcel 15.
The East 35 feet of Lot 1; all of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 56, 57, 58 and 59 together with the Northwesterly
triangular part of Lot 9 being 50 feet of North line and 38 feet on West line and those parts of Lots
51 and 54 described as follows: beginning on the Northwesterly corner of Lot 54, thence Southerly to
a point on the South line of and 60 feet from the West line of Lot 54 thence Southwesterly to the
Southwesterly corner of Lot 51 and thence North to the point of beginning; also the vacated alley East
of and adjacent to said Lot 1; all in Block 10, Burlington Heights Division Number 1, Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, said properry described is necessary for Bluff Preservation in the Highwood Bluff Acquisition
Project, said property was Final Ordered for acquisition on May 1, 1996 with Council File {{96-435. The value
of the property for parcel 15 is Fi€t3�-Fiwe-�hans oliars ($17,500.00), this being a fair and reasonable

WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has recommended the purchase of said properties at the recommended
values;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to
pay Hazel Moore the sum of $17,500.00 for the purchase of said property. Said sum to be charged to Activity
Code: CPL-C96-2A020-0786-00000.
