SUBJECT: Parking reimbursement for members of citizen committees
You had asked that I review the attached Council Resolution allowixg parking reimbursement for
members of city committees who pazk at the Civic Center.
Given the estimate of$1,000.00 for the remainder of F.Y. 1992,there should be sufficient funds in
the activity to finance this expense. However, the 1993 base funding in this activity may not be
sufficient to cover this costs in 1993. That issue will need to be addressed as part of the 1993 budget
deh'berations.
I appreciate the opportunity to review this resolution and would be happy to discuss it further if
necessary.
