Members of citizen committees who do not receive per diems shall be reimbursed for automobile parking costs incurred in connection with attendance at committee meetings provided that such parking reimbursement shall be limited to parking at the Saint Paul Civic Center ramp. (Laid over from May 14th) Committee recommends approval with amendments adding language that netting will not commence until staff determines how the pigeons will be dealt with, staff will dispose of the birds in a humane and beneficial manner, staff will contact the Raptor Center and other sources to make every effort to restore the pigeon population control through natural predators, birth control, or control of nesting, with this resolution to be integrated with Animal Control Programs in the 1993 budget process. 7. Resolution - 90-1189 - Amending Chapter 4-14 of the Administrative Code by adding a new subparagraph D pertaining to citizen committees (per diems). (Laid over from May 14th) Committee adopted form of substitute ordinance and recommends item be laid over to June 25, 1992 with the License Division to� notify businesses explaining differences between Class I and Class III licenses and for their input. 9. Ordinance - Amending the Legislative Code by adding a new Chapter 427A pertaining to adult health/sports clubs (adult). (Laid over from May 14th) Committee adopted form of substitute ordinance and recommends item be laid over to June 25, 1992 with the License Division to notify businesses explaining differences between Class I and Class III licenses and for their input. � 10. Given the estimate of$1,000.00 for the remainder of F.Y. 1992,there should be sufficient funds in the activity to finance this expense. However, the 1993 base funding in this activity may not be sufficient to cover this costs in 1993. That issue will need to be addressed as part of the 1993 budget deh'berations. I appreciate the opportunity to review this resolution and would be happy to discuss it further if necessary. ,�
