WHEREAS , the City Council adopted Council file #90�730 dated
May 8 , 1990, said resolution being the Ratification of
Assessments for the reconstruction of sidewalk on both sides
Mackubin Street from West Wheelock Parkway to West Arlington
Avenue identified as Finance and Management File No. 5�88--26 .
WH.EREAS, the property at 1363 Mackubin Street being legally
described as :
Schletti Addition
Except the North 22 feet;
Lot 4 and the North 28 feet
of Lot 5
with the property identification number of 24--29�23--32�006f� was
assessed the amount of $234 . 00.
WHEREAS , after investigating the complaint of the property
owner, said assessment amount should be changed to $203 . 76 based
on a reduction of the amount of sidewalk reconstruction abutting
the property. ,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment is changed
from $234 . 00 to $2�3 . 76.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of a $30 . 24 to be
funded by 1989 PIA funds.
