Whereas, Saaon Ford has generously offered to the City of Saint Paul Police Department the use of
a 1995 Ford Ranger for three years free of charge, and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and particularly its Police Department is very grateful to Saxon Ford
for its generous offer, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED, that the Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed
to accept and enter into the lease agreement with Saxon Ford.
BE IT k'URTHER ORDERED, that the City of Saint Paul wiIl indemnify, saue and hold harmless
Saxon Ford from any and all claims associated with this 1995 Ford Ranger.
