BE IT RESOLVED That the City of Saint Paul enter into Agreement No. 67103 with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of roadway and storm sewer facilities
construction to be pertormed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 5 (Minnehaha Avenue)
from White Bear Avenue to Hazel Street and from Pedersen Street to McKnight Road within the
corporate city limits under State Project Nol 6229-29 (T.H. 5=109).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to
exceute such agreement.
