WHEREAS , on January 16 , 1990 by Council Resolution No. 90-99 ,
the City of Saint Paul assessed property located at 2012 Como Avenue ,
Saint Paul , Minnesota , PIN 28-29-23-22-0017 for a summary abatement
(property clean-up) , in the amount of $ 139. 50 , property legally
described as :
St . Anthony Park , Minnesota - subject to easements ,
the following : part of westerly one-half of Lots 1 ,
2 and 3 lying northerly of a line beginning on the
westerly line of and 101 feet south from the northwest
corner of Block 15 ; thence easterly at right angle
61 . 5 feet ; thence northerly at right angle 43 feet ;
thence easterly at right angle 26 feet to easterly
line of westerly one-half of Lots 1 , 2 and 3 , Block 15.
WHEREAS , at property owner ' s request , Community Services
determined that some of the work done on September 15 , 1989 , was on
adjacent property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the assessment in the
amount of $ 139 . 50 be reduced to $69 . 50 for PIN 28-29-23-22-0017 for
Assessment No. 9343.

Our office has learned that a portion of the work done on
September 15 , 1989 was on property not owned by 2012 Como Avenue.
I am therefore requesting that a resolution reducing the total
cost to $69 .50 be presented to Council
