Gem Lake Properties, Inc. DBA Gallivan's requests Council approval of the renewal of the
On Sale Liquor-A, Sunday On Sale Liquor, Entertainment-II, and Restaurant-D License at
354 North Wabasha Street. The Police Department, Phil Byrne and Bob Kessler have reviewed
the application and have agreed that the License Division may now forward them to the
St. Paul City Council. The License Division's recommendation is for approval.
