fine of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) on the license of Park N Jet, LLC, dJb/a Park N Jet for
the premises at 1460 Davem Street for violation of conditions on the license; and

WHEREAS, the fine was suspended far a period of 60 days for the licensee to come into
compliance with the license conditions or obtain a waiver of the conditions; and
WHEREAS, Licensee has plans for a parking deck, the location of which has not been
finally deternuned, and which may impact the need far the plantings on the property; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the fine of $2,000 imposed under Council File #98-557 is hereby
suspended an additiona190 days for the licensee to come into compliance with the conditions on
the license or to obtain a waiver of the canditions.
