renewal of the On Sale Wine, Restaurant-B and On Sale Malt License at 867 Grand Avenue.
The Police Department, Phil Byrne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the application and have
agreed that the License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul C.ity Council. The
License Division's recommendation is for approval.
