RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council does hereby consents to
and approves of the appointment, made by the Mayor, of Clarence Seidel to
the Capital Improvement Budget Committee.
Mr. Seidel represents Planning District 4 and Senate District 67 . He fills
the vacancy created by Maxine Smith's resignation and shall serve the
remainder of her term which expires November 1, 1990.

Capital Improvement Budget Committee
Attached are two resolutions transmitting the Mayor's appointments
and reappointments to the Water Management Organizations and the
Capital Improvement Budget Committee.
WATER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONS
Central Ramsey: William Zachman appointed to a 3-yr. term expiring
January 1, 1993. Linda Tanner reappointed to a 3-yr. term expiring
January 1, 1992.
Southwest Ramsey: Valerie Liston reappointed to a 3-yr. term
expiring January 1, 1992. Joseph Stinchfield reappointed to a 3-
yr. term expiring January 1, 1993 .
Lower Mississippi: Hokan Miller appointed to a 3-yr. term expiring
January 1, 1993.
MiBdle Mississippi: Dr. Benjamin Harriman appointed to a 4-yr.
term expiring January 1, 1994.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BODGET COMMITTEE
Clarence Seidel appointed to fill the vacancy on the Capital
Improvement Budget Committee created by Maxine Smith's resignation.
He is a representive of Planning District 4 and Senate District 67.
