Mr . Kessler ,
This is a letter of extension for the use of our food , beverage� liquor) ,
and entertainment license to be extended into our parking lot for the evening
of May 26 , 1990 . From the time of 8 :OOpm to 12 :45pm. , for a memorial
weekend outdoor BBQ .
The BBQ . is a promotional tool for the hotel facility , for one of our slowest
weekends of our buisness . We would like something to offer the community
and the hotel during this out of town holiday .
A map is attatched with description that follows of scheduled event :
Square footage : 150ft . x 75ft . x 20ft . x SOft . x 25ft .
area will be roped off were natural barrier is not provided .
BBQ . : 8 : OOpm until 12 :OOpm.
Cash Bar : 8 :OOpm until 12 : 30pm Sharp !
Bar is located in bordered area . the outdoor bar will have liquor .
The indoor bar is located in the confrence center ( see map attatched)
this bar will have beer only.
Entertainment : 9 :OOpm until 12 : 30pm Sharp !
This is a buisness district-there are no close neighbors in the area
(not with in two block area) . Canopy will cover stage to contain the noise .
The left hand side of the stage has the pool are and knox storage , while
the right hand side has the parking lot and another building of the hotel .
The back of the stage is facing university Ave . Fenced wall for security .
Security will diperse of the people by 1 :OOam SHARP ! (band will stop by 12 : 30)
We at the Twins Motor Inn would like to make this event a success as much as
a safe and fun event for both the community and the hotel .
