the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund, 09070-0511, to: Susan A. Leach and State Farm
Insurance Compani�s the sum of $1,390.87 in full settlement of
their claim of damages sustained on or about April 17, 1989, as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk's office on February 1, 1990.

Claimant , Susan Leach , seeks reimbursement for damage to her 1982 Plymouth
Reliant .which occurred on April 17 , 1989 , at the intersection of Como Avenue
and Dale Street in Saint Paul , when she was struck by a Saint Paul Pulic
Works vehicle driven by Jeffrey Reed. The City Attorney ' s office has
reached a compromise s+ettlement with claimant ' s insurance company, State
Farm, in the amount of $1 , 390 .87, which is 70% of the damage to claimant ' s
vehicle.
