90-881 0 R I G I N r'�1 � ` ' Council File # Q��O � Green Sheet # � RESOLUTION CITY OF INT PAUL, MINNESOTA )2,�� � r Presented By -S�/� � Referred To Committee: Date Whereas, the City Council authorized in C.F. 89-1187 an advisory task force on public financing for St. Paul elections, a legislative advisory committee which has the charge to a) determine the viability of public financing, b) identify possible alternatives for funding, c) identify changes which would be necessary in state statute or city ordinance to permit public financing, and d) make recommendations to the City Council and the Charter Commission; and Whereas, the Council notified prospective applicants of the availability of inembership on the Task Force, and received responses from a number of well qualified persons; now therefore be it Resolved, that the following people shall be members on the task force in the categories listed in C.F. 89-1187: Ward 1: Gene A.
