This lot is on the east side of Victoria Street' between W. Seventh Street and Tuscarora
Avenue. Victoria Street ia a Municipal State Aid street and will be reconstructed in 1990
as part of the Seventh/Otto CSSP Project. The proposed alignment of Victoria Street
results in a narrow boulevard at this location which would make the driveway slope in this
area steeper than what is considered acceptable. Taking the right-of-way and constructing
new sidewalk as part of the Seventh/Otto CSSP Project will resolve this problem.
