and slope easements for the Shepard Road Improvement Pro�ect near Shepard
Road from Randolph Avenue to 600 feet southwest of Randolph Avenue
described as follows :
A highway easement described as follows :
Commencing at the northeast corner of Government Lot 4 , Section 12 ,
Township 28 North , Range 23 West of the fourth principal meridian; thence
south along the easterly line of said Lot 4 664. 51 feet to the point of
beginning; thence south 31 degrees 23 minutes west on and along the south
line of Shepard Road 318. 93 feet , thence on a curve concave to the right
with radius of 1482 . 66 feet , central angle 5 degrees 47 minutes 58
seconds , arc length 155. 14 feet ; thence north 38 degrees 16 minutes 07
seconde east 407 . 73 to the easterly line of said Lot 4; thence north on
said line 81 feet to the point of beginning.
Also , temporary construction easements and slope easements as shown on the
map on file with the Department of Finance and Management Services , Room
218 City Hall , Saint Paul , Minnesota. Said temporary easements and slope
easements to expire June 30 , 1992 , or at completion of the pro�ect
whichever occurs first .

The Counctl of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon
the above improvement,and having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1.That the satd report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives,and
that the estimated cost thereof is S50,000.00 flnanced 1988 Municipal State Aid.
• 2.That a public heazing be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of May,1990,
at 9:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall a our ouse n
in the Clty of Saint Paul.
3.That�otice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of heazing, the nature of the
improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
