WHEREAS, in 1989 a nature center program was developed at Crosby Farm Park to assist park
users in learning about nature and preserving and caring for our natural resources, and
WHEREAS, it is desired to continue this trial program for 1990, and
WHEREAS, additional monies have been identified to supplement the 1990 budget, and
WHEREAS, these monies were accumulated from facility use permits involving recreation
centers, and
WHEREAS, The Mayor , pursuant to Section 10.07.01 of the City .Charter , does certify that
there are available for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in the
1990 budget, and
WHEREAS, Council file 277520, adopted October 1 , 1981 did establish certain Special
Fund Policies, and
WHEREAS, The Mayor recommends the following changes to the original adopted 1990 budget:
