Voting In the matter of
Ward
5 Condemning and taking a permanent easement for utility purposes , sub�ect
to easements of record , under and across Lots A and C of Soo Line Plat
No. 2 and Gurney Street as platted and vacated , in the Northwest Quarter
of Section 19 , Township 29 N , Range 22 W, Ramsey County, Minnesota for the
Albemarle/Nebraska Area 1989 Storm Sewer Pro3ect to allow access on Soo
Line property described as follows :
A permanent easement 40.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is
described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the west line of Lot C of Soo
Line Plat No. 2 , 7. 00 feet south of the easterly extension
of the centerline of W. Nevada Avenue , as platted and
vacated ; thence easterly parallel with and 7 . 00 feet south
of said centerline of W. Nevada Avenue to the east line of
Lot A of Soo Line Plat No. 2 and there terminating.

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council -
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 19th day of
June, 1990, at the hour of nine u�� o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
