RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and
approves of the appointments, made by Mayor Scheibel, of the following
people to serve on the newly-established Parks and Recreation
Commission. Per C.F. 89-1573, "three members shall be appointed for a
term of one year, three for a term of two years, and three for a term
of three years. Thereafter, the term of each member shall be for
three years. "
