WHEREAS, the Salnt Paul City Council has established a special fund for the
distribution of the proceeds cont� ibuted by charitable gambling in on-sale liquor
establishments as specified in Chapter 409 of the Legislative Code, and .
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant •to Section 10.07. 1 of Charter of the City of Saint Paul , .
does certify that there are funds availabie for appropriation, and
WHEREAS, Mayor recommends that the following additions be m$de to the 1990 Budget.
